DIY 2.35:1 Masking Panels for 16:9 screens

Well this has been on my to-do list for quite some time, and this week I took a stab and built some! The hardest part was finding material suitable, at a reasonable price. In the end I settled for polystyrene, cut-to-size (20mm thick). So materials used/required:-
4 lengths of polystyrene (20mm thick)
PVA Glue
Scissors
Cutting Board
Ruler/Tape Measure

The pictures pretty much sum up how easy it was. I have two spare panels which I will build over the next couple of weeks. For now here’s some screens:-

I’ll post some actual comparison screenshots over the next day or so.
